Job Summary This position is for an experienced Lead Python Developer to join the team and assist in the development of new and existing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members. The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. * Mentor junior developers. * Troubleshoot and debug software applications. * Participate in code reviews. * Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in software development. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in Python development. * Experience with Django or other Python web frameworks. * Experience with RESTful APIs. * Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Experience with Git. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). * Experience with DevOps practices. * Experience with Agile development methodologies.
