FBS Delivery Director

Job Summary Responsibility: The FBS Delivery Director will be responsible for leading the delivery of the FBS (Field Business Systems) program, which is a critical component of our Client’s overall business strategy. The Director will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of the FBS program, which includes the development and implementation of new business processes, systems, and tools. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring that the FBS program is aligned with the overall business strategy and that it is delivering the expected benefits. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive delivery plan for the FBS program, including the development of project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Ensure that the FBS program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT leaders, and project team members. • Ensure that the FBS program is aligned with the overall business strategy and that it is delivering the expected benefits. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the FBS program, and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed. • Ensure that the FBS program is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project dashboard, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. • Ensure that the FBS program is delivered in a way that is consistent with our Client’s values and culture. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technology or business process improvement role. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Strong understanding of business processes and systems, and the ability to develop and implement new processes and systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our Client’s customers.
