FBS Data Platform Product Manager

Team Function This role will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of a data platform that supports business operations and decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, data analytics, and technology, with a strong understanding of data platforms and their applications. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data platform requirements • Designing and implementing data workflows and processes to support business operations • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across the organization • Providing data insights and recommendations to drive business decisions • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data platforms and analytics. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or technology • Strong understanding of data platforms, including architecture, design, and implementation • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data strategies • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
