Job description

Role Description: The FBS Data Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our Client’s data assets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all business lines. This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and data analysts to ensure data-driven decision-making and to support business operations. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining data management policies, procedures, and standards • Collaborating with IT teams to ensure data integration and quality • Providing data analytics and reporting to support business operations • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Developing and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards to support business decision-making • Collaborating with data analysts to develop and maintain data models and reports • Providing training and support to business users on data management best practices • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data management processes and practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, or related field • Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality, and data governance • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality • Certification in data management, data analytics, or related field is a plus.
