Job Summary
This position serves as the first line of defense to ensure overall effectiveness of risk and compliance management programs and business operations controls. Ensures adherence to governance of the established risk framework and ongoing supervision of business operations control activities to minimize exposures and strengthen the overall business control environment.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and/or directing staff to complete
- Vendor Risk Management
- Business Resilience
- Audit Oversight
- Data Governance
- FNWL Vendor Risk Management (Deliverable)
- Quarterly meeting execution and ownership
- Management of FGI Enterprise Vendor Risk Management policies (EVRM)
- Annual BR Scope Document in adherence to ZRP
- Disaster Recovery leadership
- Maintain within adherence of the ZRP
- Provide project management for each audit
- Maintains relationships with compliance functions to ensure timelines and critical action plans are on track
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in control or governance or as a Junior Project Manager or Project Management Specialist
- BS in Computer Science or similar
- Previous experience in Finance / Insurance / Healthcare / or Regulated industries (PLUS)
- Full English Fluency
- Organization and Planning Skills
- Detailed Oriented
- Excellent Communication and follow up
- Excel Knowledge (Intermediate Advance)
