FBS Business Analyst II

Location: Brazil/Mexico/Argentina – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST)

What You’ll Do:

Performing impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system Defines project scope; Develops functional specifications; Prepares Preliminary Systems Design document. Understands customers’ objectives, processes, and products in order to make educated recommendations. Acting as liaison between Business and IT, as assigned. Supporting the Application Subject Matter Experts in development of estimates / validation of suppliers’ estimates. Supporting application testing, implementation, and training activities. Performing quality review checks on project deliverables. Supporting users in building Business Case, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high level plan. Driving day-to-day prioritization of work on capabilities, working with business. May research and investigate system issues, litigation/compliance requests, and other technical requirements needed by the agile teams.

Requirements

Experience:

· 4-6 years of experience.

Skills:

· Proficiency in English (Interview in English)

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Statistics

· Insurance Experience - Entry Level

· Requirements Gathering - Entry Level

· User Acceptance Testing - Entry Level

· Agile Methodology - Entry Level

· Process Mapping - Entry Level

· Excel – Intermediate ( Pre work on Excel Formulas and Process Flow Diagrams)
