We count on you for:

  • Performs basic impact analysis of business and system changes/enhancements across the organization.
  • Develops fundamental business requirements through analysis of current state and desired future state.
  • Conducts application testing to include test case creation, test execution and defect management.
  • Acts as a liaison between business and IT team.
  • Utilizes understanding of customer objectives, processes, and products in order to make sound recommendations.
  • Supports individual or sub project tasks affecting single or multiple business and IT departments.
  • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables.
  • Supports work request prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or correlate areas
  • Experience in handling analysis and testing in insurance platforms (Eg: GuideWire)
  • Experience with data organization and operational tracking using Excel
  • Familiarity with AWS-native product functionality, such as Marcie
  • Experience using Rally for documentation and Agile collaboration
