Your area of responsibility at Stanglwirt:

• Host Heart: Taking room service orders and personal care of our guests, including fulfilling guest requests and, if necessary, handling guest complaints
• Service Champion: Preparation and execution of room service orders as well as distribution of guest treatments
• Teamwork in Action: Close cooperation with our F&B team
• Everything in View: Adherence & monitoring of the specified service standards
• Behind the Scenes: Checking the presentation, quality, and completeness of the dishes
