F&B Restaurant Manager/ Assistant

Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth daily functioning. Manage and train the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. Monitor and control operational costs, including food and beverage inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Monitor and control budget expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by being proactive in resolving customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and financial performance. Ensure a positive work environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Monitor and control labor costs, including overtime and absenteeism. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Provide support and guidance to restaurant team members as needed.
