Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Advanced knowledge of cost management, inventory control, and operational performance optimization. Focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively with staff from diverse nationalities and cultures. Strategic competencies in developing gastronomic concepts and attractive menus. Intervention in any department as a worker when the situation requires it. Previous experience as a chef is ideal. 📋 Responsibilities: Coordination and supervision of F&B operations across all locations, ensuring high quality standards. Management of the F&B budget, optimization of food cost, and maximization of profitability. Recruitment, training, and motivation of the F&B team to ensure consistent performance. Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and operational standards.
