What You’ll Do: Manage and support teams across both casual and upscale dining concepts Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlets Maintain high service standards across varying dining styles Collaborate with the culinary team on guest experience and service flow Lead with a hands-on, guest-focused approach What We’re Looking For: Experienced in managing F&B operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
