F&B Manager (m/w)

We are looking for a F&B Manager (m/w) who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and is committed to our values. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality background and experience in managing food and beverage operations. S/he will be responsible for the overall management of the F&B department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. The F&B Manager (m/w) will also be responsible for ensuring that all F&B operations are in line with the hotel's quality and service standards. This includes the development and implementation of new concepts, the management of budgets, and the coordination of events. The F&B Manager (m/w) will work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that all F&B operations are aligned with the hotel's overall strategy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. S/he will be fluent in German and English, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
