• Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and motivate F&B teams to deliver excellent guest service
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high performance standards
• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, beverage quality, presentation, and guest service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operational requirements to ensure optimal team performance.
• Control food, beverage, labor, and operating costs while maximizing revenue and profitability
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships to maintain quality and cost efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards
• Plan and execute events and special functions in collaboration with relevant departments
• Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and implement initiatives to continuously improve efficiency, service quality, and guest experience
