This hotel located on the outskirts of the city center is looking for an F&B Manager. The hotel has a wide range of operational diversity and orients itself well towards the leisure and business market. In the role of F&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire F&B department. Additionally, you will serve as an example to employees, train them, and ensure constant quality. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

• Coordinating and overseeing all operational activities within the F&B outlets, consisting of a restaurant, bar, and M&E rooms;
• Preparing and achieving budgets and other administrative tasks;
• Determining and realizing operational goals;
• Giving instructions and feedback to employees;
• Developing creative and innovative ideas;
• Directing towards hospitality and creating a unique experience;
• Maintaining compliance with HACCP;
• Ensuring constant quality.

We are looking for an F&B Manager who takes the initiative, creates an experience, and stands behind a beautiful concept with the team, but also a strong leader.

In addition, you have:

• MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similar function within the Hotel/Horeca industry;
• The ability to think solution-oriented and dare to make decisions;
• In-depth knowledge about HACCP and safety;
• Daredevil and innovative;
• A passion for hospitality;
• Flexible and possess a hands-on mentality.
