F&B Management Internship - January 2026

Job description

Novotel Amsterdam City is one of the largest four-star hotels in the BeNeLux area. The hotel has 610 guest rooms, 17 meetings rooms, and a large restaurant which can seat up to 260 guests. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service, and we have a great bar for our guests to enjoy a drink.

What can you expect?
During this internship you will learn a lot about the operational and non-operational aspects of F&B. You will assist the F&B management team with administrational tasks such as cost control and other financial tasks, scheduling, project controls, purchasing, and assist in the creation of analysing the menu and how to improve the current menu. Besides, you will also assist in the operational parts within the F&B department. Think about the restaurant, the bar, but also during the events with the banqueting colleagues. You will work in a large team from several cultures! Therefore your interpersonal and communication skills will skyrocket! Your planning and organisational skills are tested on a daily basis ;) (but it is also a lot of fun).
