F&B Host (m/f/d)

• You are part of our F&B team, but support in various areas of our hotel, because working exclusively in one department will bore you in the long run

Your main tasks:

• Flexible support in various areas - whether at the bar, in the kitchen or in service - to avoid bottlenecks and quickly fulfill guest requests
• Ensuring a smooth operation in the F&B area through efficient resource management and coordinated processes for first-class service quality
• Responsibility for the preparation and making of food and beverages as well as their serving, adhering to the highest standards
• Dynamically responding to guest requests and unexpected challenges to guarantee a pleasant and trouble-free dining experience
• Close cooperation with team members and other departments to promote a harmonious operational flow and maximum guest satisfaction
