Fast Food Manager required in Centurion Responsibilities To manage a restaurant in accordance with Restaurants Policies and Procedures. To maximize restaurant sales and profitability by effective deployment of labor, assets, and production costs. To maintain excellence in the execution of all duties. To focus on exceeding customer expectations. To focus on developing and training staff, as well as to provide negative and positive reinforcement, and to recognize and reward superior performance. To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. To manage inventory levels and minimize waste. To maintain a clean and safe working environment. To handle customer complaints in a professional manner. To develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant operations. To maintain accurate records of sales, profits, and other financial data. To analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improvement. To ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities. To provide guidance and support to staff members as needed. To recognize and reward superior performance. To develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction. To maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
