About the Company

This local fashion brand is going from strength to strength with new store openings on the horizon. With a strong social media following, loyal local following, and a passion for their people, our client is seeking an inspirational Retail Manager to join their high performing team in Pacific Fair.

About the Role

• Inspire and lead your team to achieve sales targets, KPI's, & individual development.
• Meticulously monitor store sales to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
• Efficiently operate your store, focusing on engaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels.
• Effectively manage the wage costs in store, following weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.

Skills and Experience

• Prior Store management experience with a championship mindset
• A motivated & driven personality who is comfortable in a high-energy, fun culture
• A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed in sales and meeting KPI's and targets
• Proven experience with stock control and visual merchandising
• Passion for streetwear on-trend fashion

Benefits & Rewards

• Excellent base salary (up to $70K) + super + clothing allowance + monthly bonuses (earn up to an extra $24K)
• Tuesday to Saturday roster
