Key Responsibilities: Design and develop original fashion designs that meet the company's brand identity and aesthetic standards; Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and visually appealing collections; Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders; Ensure timely and efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards. We are looking for a creative and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field; 3+ years of experience in the fashion industry; Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and textiles; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
