Fashion Designer - Clothing Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly creative and talented Fashion Designer to join their dynamic team in the clothing industry in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs for our women's clothing line. Responsibilities: Research current fashion trends and translate them into marketable designs Develop new design concepts and original fashion-forward pieces Create detailed sketches or computer-aided designs of clothing items Design and develop patterns, prototypes, and samples for production Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality of designs Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and efficient production of garments Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field 5+ years of experience in the fashion industry Strong understanding of current fashion trends and market demands Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Certifications: None specified
