Fashion Design Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fashion Design Trainer to join our creative faculty. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in fashion design, including concept development, garment construction, textile knowledge, illustration, and digital design tools. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the fashion industry, combined with a flair for teaching and mentoring students toward creative and industry-ready outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver classes and workshops to students, providing individualized feedback and guidance. Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans that align with the program's goals and objectives. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience. Participate in program development and evaluation, contributing to the growth and improvement of the program. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on teaching and mentoring. Strong understanding of fashion design principles, including concept development, garment construction, and textile knowledge. Proficiency in digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
