Since 1986, RICANO has stood as an independent family-owned fashion label from Bonn for high-quality, long-lasting, and timeless fashion.

Our collections combine Italian craftsmanship with German precision – from exclusive leather clothing to high-quality textile jackets and coats.

In B2B, we distribute our products across Europe through trade agents, showrooms, and directly to fashion houses and boutiques.

To do this, we are looking for an ambitious personality who wants to actively shape the development of our wholesale business.

Aufgaben

Your tasks could be:

🔹 Collection & Product Process

• Support in Proto-Sampling Process
• Dokumentation and Structuring of Sample Feedback
• Participation in SMS Preparation
• Creation and Maintenance of Price Lists & Order Overviews
• Preliminary preparation of Collection Handovers to Agencies

🔹 Agency & Sales Development

• Support during Onboarding of New Trade Agencies
• Creation and Maintenance of Lead Lists (Boutiques, Fashion Houses)
• Participation in B2B Mailings & Customer Acquisition
• Preliminary preparation and participation in Showroom Meetings
• Development and Maintenance of a structured CRM System

🔹 Reporting & Analysis

• Evaluation of Order Numbers and Sales Data
• Creation of Sales Reports
• Analysis of Growth Potential
• Structuring internal processes for scaling

🔹 Marketing & Presentation

• Participation in Catalog Design & Price Sheets
• Preliminary preparation of Presentations for Agencies & Customers
• Support during B2B Campaigns

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Studies in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Management or comparable
• Strong interest in fashion, brands, and wholesale structures
• Structured, analytical working style
• Safe handling of Excel & Canva
• Understanding of numbers and commercial thinking
• Eigeninitiative & Hands-on Mentality
• Very good German language skills, English is an advantage

If desired:

• Interest in product details, materials, and fit
• First experiences in marketing, sales, or e-commerce
