We design and deliver low-cost, tech-enabled solutions to boost incomes and build resilience for farmers across India. We exist to increase incomes for farmers affected by climate. Our goal is to make climate-smart agriculture accessible at scale. The Opportunity Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day-to-day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized standard. This role will involve working closely with farmers to identify and address their specific needs, providing guidance on best practices, and facilitating access to resources and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Role Farmer Success Associate will be responsible for: • Providing advisory services to farmers on a daily basis, including identifying and addressing specific needs, providing guidance on best practices, and facilitating access to resources and support. • Building strong relationships with farmers, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored support. • Collaborating with the Kheyti team to develop and implement effective solutions for farmers. • Identifying and addressing systemic barriers to farmer success, and developing strategies to overcome these barriers. The Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience working with smallholder farmers, preferably in an agricultural advisory or extension role. • Strong understanding of agricultural practices, including crop management, soil health, and irrigation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and impact.
