Farmacom SA Braşov operates on the market through 42 pharmacies in Braşov, Sibiu, Covasna, Mureș and Harghita counties.

1. How we want you to be our future colleague:

- Bachelor's degree (Faculty of Pharmacy)

- Having experience on a similar position represents a real advantage, minimum 1 year;

- Being an open, energetic and sociable person;

- Wanting to be alongside patients and their needs;

- Having knowledge of Microsoft Office at a medium level.

For the position of Pharmacist Chief: 

- Coordinating the operational activity of the pharmacy staff to ensure continuity and quality of pharmaceutical services;

- Managing administrative problems to ensure the good functioning of the pharmacy;

- Analyzing financial results history and coming up with proposals for the manager to achieve objectives in the next period;

- Managing product stocks to avoid medication shortages, overstocking, reducing critical expiration dates and expired products;

- Releasing medications based on medical prescription, OTCs and reporting to the Health Insurance House.

For the position of Pharmacist: 

- Controlling medication release, according to the first-in-first-out method, depending on series and expiration dates;

- Releasing medications based on compensated and free medical prescriptions, with respect for good pharmacy practice and the framework contract;

- Promoting rational and corresponding use of medications;

- Performing the return and withdrawal process, according to procedures in force;

- Participating in the development of pharmaceutical vigilance activities.
