Currently, it is the largest on the national and European scene. Job Title and role: CENTRAL PHARMACIST The resource we want to insert is a graduate in Pharmacy and holds professional qualifications. Possesses good proficiency in main computer tools and management systems dedicated to the pharmaceutical sector. Will be responsible for customer assistance, dispensing of medicines, managing prescriptions, and caring for display spaces, ensuring precision in operations, timely support to customers, and full respect for internal procedures and current regulations. Main Corporate Values Professionalism Responsibility Transparency Organizational Chart Reports to the PDV Manager Main Responsibilities: - Welcome, actively listen, and professionally assist the customer. - Qualified consulting on products from the counter, cosmetics, herbal remedies, and homeopathic products. - Manage the pharmacy department: display, reorganization, rotation of products. - Check the correct storage of products and monitor expiration dates. - Manage cash register operations and sales transactions. - Support inventory and supply chain activities. - Ensure compliance with hygiene-sanitary regulations and internal procedures. - Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry, passing the State exam and current registration with the Order of Pharmacists • Knowledge of cosmetic products, herbal remedies, and homeopathic products Personal Abilities (Soft Skills) • Proactivity • Listening and communication skills • Team spirit and continuous improvement attitude Conditions of employment • Place of work: Friuli • Work schedule and work-life balance: part-time/full-time from Monday to Sunday, approximately 6 days a week, on single and varied shifts.
