• You are a graduate of higher education – Faculty of Pharmacy and hold a membership certificate from the College of Pharmacists, valid for 2026;
• You possess planning, organization, negotiation, results-oriented, and problem-solving skills;

• You are oriented towards the quality of the recommendation process and have a concern for excellence.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the pharmacy;
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations;
• Represent the pharmacy in relation to state authorities and hierarchically superior bodies;
• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical counseling to patients;
• Respect and ensure that the code of ethics and deontology is respected by pharmacists and assistants;
• Develop and motivate the team to achieve maximum performance;
• Provide periodic training to pharmacy staff.
