About the Role As a Farm Systems Auditor, you’ll conduct independent audits to verify compliance with standards and regulations, providing assurance that our clients’ operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders across the agricultural sector, from farmers to processors, and contribute to the development of best practices in farm systems management. Key Responsibilities Conduct independent audits to verify compliance with standards and regulations Identify and report non-compliances or potential risks Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Provide expert advice on farm systems management and sustainability strategies Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement audit programs and procedures Contribute to the development of best practices in farm systems management and sustainability. What You’ll Need To Succeed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, environmental science, business) 2+ years’ experience in a role related to farm systems management or auditing Strong understanding of agricultural practices, regulations, and industry standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
