Farm Manager – FM2462

Howick Area – KwaZulu-Natal: Seeking a hands-on, experienced Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Vegetable, Cattle and Herb farming operation in the KZN Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, staff supervision, crop and livestock performance, and ensuring high standards of farm maintenance and productivity. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proven experience managing a mixed farm (livestock and vegetable crops). Strong knowledge of cattle management practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: National Diploma in Agriculture or related field. 5 years' experience in farming operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, including crop planning, planting, harvesting, and livestock management. Ensure operational efficiency and productivity. Supervise staff and ensure high standards of workmanship. Develop and implement strategies to improve farm performance.
