Introduction Provence Area – France: A renowned Chateau in the heart of Provence is seeking an experienced sustainability farm manager to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on building healthy soil, conserving water, enhancing biodiversity, and reducing reliance on non-renewable resources, aiming for a balance between ecological health, economic profitability, and social equity. Only candidates who can speak French and have a valid EU passport / visa will be considered. Duties: • Manage the farm's daily operations, including crop planning, irrigation systems, and pest management; • Develop and implement sustainable farming practices to ensure long-term soil fertility and ecosystem balance; • Collaborate with local farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders to promote ecological agriculture and reduce environmental impact; • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as water consumption, energy usage, and waste reduction; • Ensure compliance with EU regulations and standards for organic farming and sustainability; • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
