This position requires a strong understanding of farm machinery and heavy equipment operation, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. The ideal candidate will have experience operating farm machinery and heavy equipment, as well as a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift, bend, and move heavy equipment and supplies, as well as work in a variety of weather conditions. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with other team members.
