You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets, and then create customized travel itineraries that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, interests, and budget. * Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that cater to families. * Create detailed itineraries, including day-to-day schedules, booking confirmations, and travel documents. * Make travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and changes promptly and professionally. * Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. * Manage and track bookings, payments, and travel documents. * Handle travel-related issues and emergencies, providing support and solutions for clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in travel planning or a related field. * Strong knowledge of family-friendly destinations, accommodations, and activities. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. * Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for families. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
