Our Independent Professionals deliver personalized support based on a holistic and customized approach geared to the specific needs of each Foster Family, Child, Youth, and Young Adult. In this role, you will provide support to Foster Families and Children/Youth/Adults in their care, including but not limited to: providing emotional support, facilitating communication, and connecting families with community resources. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and submitting timely reports.
