The Opportunity

Your focus will include:

• Relationship Property: Handling complex settlements and advisory work.
• Contracting Out Agreements: Crafting robust protections for diverse client portfolios.
• PPPR Act Matters: Managing delicate personal and property rights files with clinical skill and empathy.
• Trusts & Asset Planning: Integrating Family Law solutions with the firm's wider Private Client services.

About You
You are likely an Intermediate to Senior Solicitor (3-5+ years PQE) who has mastered the technical aspects of Family Law but is now looking for "ownership" of your career.

• The Skillset: You have a solid grounding in Relationship Property and PPPR matters.
