As a key member of our family law department, you will be responsible for: • Conducting initial consultations with clients to understand their needs and objectives; • Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, and child arrangements; • Managing complex family law cases from start to finish, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and achieving the best possible outcomes; • Collaborating with other departments within the firm to deliver a seamless service to our clients; • Staying up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law, and applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions for our clients.
