Job Opportunity: Family Law Solicitor Location: Glasgow Overview: A fantastic opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor to join a busy Glasgow team. You’ll manage a varied caseload including divorce, child law, adoption, surrogacy, complex finances and pre-/post-nuptial agreements. Litigation and alternative dispute resolution are both part of the role, giving you the chance to work on complex matters while building trusted client relationships. Role Requirements: Manage your own caseload, provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, handle all aspects of family law cases from start to finish, including preparing court documents, attending hearings and meetings with clients. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all work undertaken, keep up-to-date with changes in the law and best practice, and contribute to the development of the team’s expertise.
