Family Officer / Family Office Manager (m/f/d)
Job description
Our client is the owner-managed single family office of an entrepreneurial family in the Rhine-Main region. It is responsible for the family's assets, investments, and real estate structures and is divided into three areas – Real Estate, Startup Investments, and Investments/Liquid Assets/Finance/Administration – with a total of around ten employees.
The mandate is handled with the utmost discretion; the name of the family and the family office will only be disclosed at a later stage in the process.
Responsibilities
The Family Officer (m/f/d) will assume central coordination, management, and further development of all private, asset-related, organizational, and administrative matters of the entrepreneurial family. The goal is to professionally relieve the family and its committees, create transparency, prepare decision-making bases, and support the long-term security and structured development of the family assets.
The role requires a high degree of trust, discretion, responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and organizational strength.
Qualifications
Professional Qualification
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a Family Office, Asset Management, Auditing, Tax Advisory, Legal Advisory, Bank, Investment Company, or in a senior assistant/management environment
- Good understanding of asset structures, investments, real estate, taxes, legal, and financial matters
- Experience in managing external consultants and service providers
- Proficient handling of confidential information, contracts, reports, and decision-making documents
