Family Medicine Physician

Responsibilities: Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, acute illness visits, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the community. Requirements: Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current licensure in New Hampshire. Ability to obtain DEA registration within 30 days of hire.
