COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $245,000

  • $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

  • Eligible for federal student loan repayment programs through HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration)

  • Comprehensive benefits package including:

    • Up to 8 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

    • $3,500 CME stipend plus 60 hours of CME PTO

    • Health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and malpractice with tail coverage

  • J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

  • 100% outpatient primary care with limited call responsibilities (phone call consults only)

  • Enjoy a flexible workweek - choose from a 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day schedule to match your lifestyle

  • Daily patient volume of 16-20 patients to maintain high-quality care and manageable workflow

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
