Family Lawyer
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a well-regarded legal practice based in South Auckland. This is an opportunity to work within a growing team that is dedicated to supporting clients through some of the most significant moments in their lives. The role offers the chance to handle a broad range of family law matters while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll advise clients on various family law matters, including separation, divorce, child custody, child support, and relationship property settlements. You’ll be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, such as prenuptial and separation agreements, and representing clients in family court proceedings and mediation. Holding Lead Provider status with Legal Aid is essential for this position.
