Your caseload will include:
- Complex property settlements and financial disputes
- Parenting arrangements and custody matters
- Divorce, separation and de facto relationship breakdowns
- Binding financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and mediation
- One-on-one mentoring from senior family lawyers and partners
- Internal CPD sessions and access to external training
- Exposure to leadership pathways as your practice grows
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in family law (private practice needed 5+ years experience)
- Proven ability to manage parenting and property files end-to-end
- Confident communicator with strong client care skills
- A genuine interest in mentorship and team collaboration
