About the Role: This opportunity is ideal for a Family Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience who’s ready to step into a high-performing, people-focused environment. You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters with autonomy while being supported by experienced senior practitioners.

Your caseload will include:

• Complex property settlements and financial disputes
• Parenting arrangements and custody matters
• Divorce, separation and de facto relationship breakdowns
• Binding financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and mediation

You’ll have the opportunity to develop professionally through:

• One-on-one mentoring from senior family lawyers and partners
• Internal CPD sessions and access to external training
• Exposure to leadership pathways as your practice grows

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in family law (private practice needed 5+ years experience)
• Proven ability to manage parenting and property files end-to-end
