Job Responsibilities; Manage assigned caseload Draft and respond to correspondence Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation, and trial briefs Telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings and trials Conduct client interviews and gather information for case preparation Develop and implement case strategies and plans Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
