About our client

Our client is a leading specialist family law practice with offices across Victoria and interstate. Your day-to-day

You will work closely with senior Accredited Specialists on a diverse range of complex family law disputes, from property and parenting to de facto and financial agreements. You’ll gain early client responsibility with strong guidance.

• Manage family law files end-to-end
• Draft and review court documents and agreements
• Conduct client meetings and negotiations
• Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

What you need to succeed

• Admission to practice in Victoria with 3+ years PQE in family law
• Solid drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills
• Career-focused with strong team orientation
