Family Lawyer (3 years PQE)

Duties

You’ll manage a portfolio of family law files, balancing negotiation, settlement and litigation as required.

• Drafting affidavits, agreements and financial orders
• Advising on parenting and property matters
• Representing clients at mediations and hearings
• Contributing to strategy on complex cases

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in family law
• Strong drafting and negotiation ability
• Confident in advising clients directly
• Ability to manage busy caseload with accuracy
