Family Fee Earner / Family Solicitor

Our client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Solicitor (2 - 3+ years PQE), or qualified Legal Executive with relevant experience to join their busy, go-getter Family Law Team.

This is your chance to be part of a fast-moving, dedicated Care and Public Law Children Team, with scope to also engage in private law and domestic abuse casework. You’ll work closely with their highly experienced Head of Department and benefit from top-class paralegal support.

Children Panel membership is preferred, but for the right candidate, full training and support will be provided to help you progress—and even prepare for accelerated partnership opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in family law, ideally 2–3+ years PQE (or qualified ILEX equivalent)
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commitment to meeting targets and helping grow the team’s reputation and caseload
• Drive to develop your skills and carve out a successful long-term career
