Tasks

• You help daily via phone, email, and Zoom e-commerce entrepreneurs with accounting problems.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
• Identifying recurring problems and improving our solutions.
• Tight collaboration with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• High self-motivation and result-oriented (SMART Goals).
  
• Experience in using DATEV (mandatory requirement).
  
• Interest in digitalizing the accounting industry.
  
• Self-directed, structured, and process-oriented work style.
  
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first work.
  
• Fluent in German and English.
