Tasks

• You help daily via phone, email, and Zoom e-commerce entrepreneurs with accounting problems.
• Satisfaction of high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.
• Identification of recurring problems and improvement of our solutions.
• Tight cooperation with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• High self-motivation and result-oriented (SMART Goals).
  
• Experiences in using DATEV (mandatory prerequisite).
• Interest in digitalizing the accounting industry.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Open to feedback, digital work, and remote-first.
• Fluent in German and English.
