FAIT Fachassistent Digitalisierung and IT-Prozesse (w/m/d)

You want to shape digitalization in accounting not just accompany it?
In our law firm, you will take on a central role at the interface between accounting, IT, and client processes as FAIT.

Main tasks include:

• Digital office and client process design and optimization
• Care and further development of DATEV applications
• Interface and data management
• Internal and external consulting for digitalization
• Quality assurance and GoBD-compliant process documentation
• Participation in digitalization and IT projects

You can also get involved in other areas/departments of our law firm. We will gladly support the necessary further training!

Your qualifications:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a training course as a Fachassistenten/Fachassistentin Digitalisierung and IT-Prozesse (FAIT) at the Chamber of Tax Consultants
• Completed training as a tax clerk or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of accounting processes and financial management
• Very good understanding of digital bookkeeping processes, interfaces, and workflow optimizations
• Safe handling of DATEV applications (especially office accounting, company online, DMS)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, independent, and meticulous working style
• Outstanding IT affinity and interest in digital solutions
• Communication skills, team fit, and sense of responsibility
