For a renowned institution in the healthcare sector in the Bern region, we are looking for a dedicated individual, starting immediately or by appointment.

Your tasks

• Professional care and support for people with dementia
• Taking on key person care and daily responsibility
• Participation in the nursing process, RAI, and nursing quality
• Mentoring and supporting apprentices in the areas of SRK, AGS, and FaGe
• Assisting in the selection and further development of vocational training
• Collaboration with vocational training managers, parents, and vocational schools

Your profile

• Training as a qualified healthcare professional EFZ (Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ)
• Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge is desirable
• Enjoyment of vocational training and working with people with dementia
• A warm, dedicated, and responsible personality
• Good German language skills
