Job description
Company with over 25 years of experience in the lighting industry is looking for a Customer Service Assistant who wants to grow in sales and be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
KNOWLEDGE IN:
- Billing.
- Prior and post-sales service to customers.
- Ease in problem resolution.
Requirements
- Degree level: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in billing services.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing or any other field.
- Experience using SAP.
- Residence location: ZMG.
