Factual Investigator

Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Western Sydney ! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day! We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators. The Role: Attend various locations, predominantly within Paramatta and a proportion of the time in other areas. This may include but not limited to: workplaces, hospitals, schools, government offices, and private residences. You will be required to conduct investigations, gather information, interview witnesses, take statements, and prepare reports. Your skills and expertise will be utilized to investigate claims, identify facts, and provide recommendations for the purpose of determining liability or compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workers Compensation and CTP legislation, regulations, and procedures. You will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
